04 Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration Process

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. For cryptocurrency deposits, the minimum is USDT 50. Minimum thresholds may vary by individual promotion — check the relevant bonus terms prior to depositing.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow are reflected in your Account balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. 5.4 Third-Party Payments

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. violin88 reserves the right to decline and reverse deposits made from payment methods that do not match the Account holder's verified identity. Deposits from third parties are strictly prohibited.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw

Withdrawals may only be requested once KYC verification has been completed to violin88's satisfaction. Withdrawal requests for amounts attributable to bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full prior to processing.

6.2 Processing Times

Approved MYR withdrawals via FPX bank transfer are processed within 5–15 minutes during normal operating hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to on-chain confirmation and typically settle within 30–60 minutes. violin88 does not impose artificial processing delays.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

7.6 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active on your Account, a maximum single bet cap applies. Exceeding this cap may result in the forfeiture of the applicable bonus and any associated winnings. The specific maximum bet cap is published on each promotion's terms page.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the violin88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any communication with violin88;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name or identity;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker or any table game format;

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the violin88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of violin88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any violin88 intellectual property is granted to any Player or third party by virtue of these Terms or by use of the Platform, except as expressly permitted in writing by violin88.

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Termination & Suspension

11.2 Termination or Suspension by violin88
